Hi all Ive just got hold of an Onza Payoff frame that comes with a pf30 bb
Ive always used Shimano ht2 cranks so I need an adapter for the bb.
This ebay item looks as if its the right adapter, but is it?

Thanks, Nathan

If the BB is installed, then the link is to a reducer bush that will work OK. If you haven't got a BB yet, then worth going for an adaptor BB like Wheels Manufacturing - the screw together one means better bearing alignment / easier installation and it has better sealing than most other BBs

Thank you, it already has a bb so atm I'm just after the adapter.
Thanks for confirming that it will work.

With due respect to @dovebiker, I suspect that it isn't -

Your frame seems to have "normal" PF30 BB, but the adaptors are for BB386EVO which uses a wider BB shell (YAY! a new BB standard):

https://wheelsmfg.com/bb30-vs-pf30

I suspect that you will need something like these :

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FSA-Bottom-Bracket-Adapter-Reducer-PF30-to-24mm/361450031571?_trkparms=aid%3D777003%26algo%3DDISCL.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160608105753%26meid%3D07db501554f344fa80ce937085e08269%26pid%3D100012%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D3%26sd%3D123572441456%26itm%3D361450031571&_trksid=p2047675.c100012.m1985

But that is an absurd price for them.

If you do fit them, they will creak and drive you nuts.

Pressed in adaptors available for peanuts from Ribble at the moment:

https://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/fsa-bb30-adaptor/?country_code=GB&currency=GBP&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI6-roiLT43wIVROaaCh0OmQj6EAQYAyABEgJIafD_BwE#pid=1630&utm_medium=cpc-in-market

N.B. Not 100% confident on what will fit, so wait for somebody who really knows 🙂
