Just found which headset is needed for the RM Element and it is an FSA but wanting to put standard forks on and the only reducer I can find is a Cane Creek. Will it work? Thanks in advance.

Probably, I borrowed a mates forks recently which had an FSA crown race and it worked perfectly with my cane creek headset.
