i am a bit bigger than you.
i had both the mm bop and the big.
i do not jump, but ride pretty hard down stuff.
no problem at all to do jumps with a skilled rider.

ton is the mmbop a comfy ride as some of the descents I ride on Troodos are like 20-30mins long non stop on what i can only describe as riding on cobble stones at about 30-50 km depending on how brave I feel at the time.

It ****in hard work riding the spicy back up thats why i am after a long travel HT.

cheers
landy

Shim down to a 27.2 post on the Mmmbop and it's a bit more forgiving.

I a bit of a retard when i comes to the techy stuff, both frames the same apart from head tube and material.

Whats the benefit of having a stiffer frame the mmmbop over the comfier blue pig, because i really dont have a clue. Everyone seams to rave about the pig but its pretty quite on the mmmbop front.

Looking at getting a new set of forks and then transfering most of the stuff of this and what dont fit get new.
