I think the courier have lost it but all wiggle customer services says is that their delivery dept will get in touch once they have an update. Then I hear nothing and that's happened about 5times now!
Is there anything I can do, they have already taken payment and I also paid for next day delivery annoyingly! Its got warm weather gear so need it brrrrrr

We've had an incorrect CRC/Wiggle order 12 days ago.
Only today did they contact us for return, and when eldest_oab took it to the Postsoffuce their free returns doesn't include a box big enough for wheels, so he has been charged.
Plus we paid for second delivery of the correct wheel, on 24hrs.
Live chat is shite and is getting is nowhere....
