As per this page

'In stock' I get.

'Expected mid June' I get.

Does anybody have experience of ordering stuff that's not in stock, but nevertheless available? Is the quoted 2-7 days realistic?

Ta!

Bought plenty from Wiggle listed as available in 2-7 days, usually still get it within 2-3 days unless the supplier dont have any currently. Much better than CRC in that respect.

I ordered two bearing from them for my Hope freehub. Both were out of stock. One has now been delivered, the other is on back order. Why does somebody there think one bearing is worth sending out when I ordered two for an item that runs two bearings?

Doesn't always work.

In February I bought a Charge Spoon that was out of stock and wasn't expected to be back in for another 3 weeks or something. It arrived 2 days later. A one-off maybe, but certainly can't complain!

Well i ordered 2 bearings for my front hub as one had siezed (crappy american classic!), they only had one in stock so sent that and the other a week later. I was happy as it meant i could use my wheel for a race, works both ways.

(should point out this scenario was played out through CRC, and their site listed the bearing as 'in stock' so i expected 2 in the first place!)

Wiggle are normally good with that and if they expect a delay will contact you and offer a refund, or to ship what they have in stock and send on your remaining items once they're available.
