They seem to have turned a corner the last few months
Price matching CRC on everything and while they don't have CRC's esoteric MTB stock they have some good stuff in other areas. And since Wiggle's distribution centre moved to a mere 25 miles down the motorway most things are delivered next day.

I find them incredibly reliable, better priced and their site easier to navigate than CRC.

Customer service is very good as well, I kept snapping spokes on my road bike back wheel. They sent me out a pair of upgraded wheels FOC 🙂
They are my go to supplier these days.
The free returns is especially helpful if you are an odd/shape size.

I've been using Wiggle + Merlin for everything lately.
Wiggle's customer service is also great - I returned a 6 month old Gatorskin which had started to pull away from the wire bead a few months ago - new one sent back no arguments.
I used to use CRC but their deliveries started taking ages and I hate their new website.
