Had one email reply but finding it very frustrating with the lack of communication since then with the progress in trying to sort out an order they cocked up.

Nope but i'm waiting on their response for a helmet that was sent to me on 23rd May and still hasn't turned up.
They emailed me back quickly when i raised the issue before the bank holiday weekend but don't seem in any hurry today.
Tweeks Cycles... reliable, you can speak to someone on the phone... and their stuff turns up when they say it will.
I've used the virtual chat before when had a problem. Sorted out in a few moments

Ordered a frame that was showing in stock at 08.30 yesterday morning and it's still [i]Not processed[/i] , and still no reply from an email this morning either.... 😕

Got a little more info with the 'virtual chat' but I cant help thinking it would be much better if Wiggle were more proactive instead of reactive with information.......
