Hello We’d like to ask that you send this back for warranty inspection using the following link: https://www.wiggle.com.au/Secure/MyAccount/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2freturns%2forders%3f We do have quite a few orders going back and forth so it would help a lot if you could ensure you complete and include a returns slip with your returned order. Without it would cause a delay or worse – it could be lost forever. We don’t want this to happen so please take note that these return order numbers really are very important!........

I know its important, I'm not a moron, but I bothered to look up the original order number and quoted in my email in the DUMBar$e belief you just complete the returns note and email me it??????????????????????

well if they'd put that in the email rather than the condescending drivel maybe I would just HTFU and do their job for them

edit yes i know i bought stuff online my lbs would have it sorted in no time

All that because you couldn't be bothered to fill in a form? Hardly poor customer service, I'd say thats your issue not Wiggles.

maybe but if i my email requesting to replace the goods includes all the detail why can't the supplier complete the form ? I'm now doing it twice

Because doing warranties is a difficult and thankless task, if they had to fill in the form for everyone it would take longer to do.

...and therefore Wiggle wouldn't be able to sell you it at a stupidly low price.
