Was in the same boat yesterday - apparently there's no way to actually 'call in' to customer service. You are supposed to e-mail them and await a response.
I was told in an email they don't have a phone !!!

They've never had a phone service. Always been email or live chat - one way to keep costs down, I guess. If you want a person to talk to, shop local 🙂

Their cs at wiggle seems to be to wRiggle out of it by throwing a sweetner of a v small partial refund even when selling used and damaged goods as new.
They used to do call bavks but it’s a longwinded process.
Nowadays anyone’s guess...
