Has inspired me to start a thread on a forum.
Bought a Lezyne Micro Caddy from them a couple of months ago.
The straps started to tear.
I filled out a returns form and put it in the post monday evening.
Checked my emails earlier, full refund for the item and return postage. No questions asked, no ****ing about.
Top notch stuff.
well that was an unexpectedly annoying post.. I was just about to say how good my experience with them had been.
I had the same excellent service when I returned a fibre flare recently, some 8 months after I purchased it!
Also had recent good experience with Orange when I bought the wrong mech hangers. Phoned them at 10.30 on Monday morning, had the refund AND the new mech hangers by 10.00am the next day!
Always had good experience with Wiggle, although they once sent an email to me with a full-stop where a comma should have been.
Don't know if that will stir up any debate about recent drops in customer service standards.
Yes, excellent customer service here too. Not always the cheapest and the you now have to pay for returned clothing. Still very good.
