Normally I like to buy my bike stuff somewhere local but with this virus thing etc etc I'm looking to buy some clothing from Wiggle or similar.
So if I order, say, two pairs of bibs (one medium and one large) and open the packaging to try them both on, can I then return the pair that doesn't fit?
Reading their returns policy suggests anything sent back has to be in unopened packaging. I just want to check before making an order. Ta.
Yes you can, just be careful not to damage the packaging
Yes you can, be careful to remove stray pubes
Cheers guys. And yes I’ll remember that second bit of advice particularly!!
Most of my cycling clothing comes from Wiggle, I always buy several sizes and just keep the one which fits best.
Might be worth checking on chat first. Just found this in the returns policy.
'For hygiene reasons, any intimate garments such as underwear and swimsuits can only be returned if the items are unworn (and any protective packaging remains)'
You have the right to return anything bought online within a certain time limit - 30 days? - thanks to distance selling regs, without needing a reason.
Regarding Wiggle, I bought Lycra shorts in the wrong size and returned them - refunded straight away no questions. I tried them on with underwear on, of course, but Wiggle didn't necessarily know that.
