Is it just me or is Wiggle a bit shit these days? I bought Wiggle+ and both orders have gone wrong with delivery nowhere near the promised 24 hours. Wiggle don't seem to care and on a next day delivery told me to expect an update within 48 hours!
Is anyone else having these issues or have I done something to irk them?

I recently signed up too. 1 good, 1 bad so far. Putting it down to teething trouble, but time will tell

Well, they're using Hermes so that's probably not just teething troubles 🙂 I've asked for a refund on the Wiggle+ as it just didn't deliver what was promised. Even Amazon were ordered not to promise free next day on Prime when it was found they weren't delivering that.

Yeah the Hermes bit was a surprise, especially when paying for standalone next day usually means DPD

I have found it OK, both items delivered lunchtime the next day?

You can order up until 10pm for next day too which is good.

it would be good if the goods turned up the next day, but so far they are 0/2 so ordering up until 10pm is the least of my worries. For what it's worth, this order went in at 9:50AM and still isn't here two days later despite "guaranteed next day" and nobody can explain where it's been, having left the warehouse a couple of days ago.

100% record with me so far, I think it's more to do with the standard of the local courier service than Wiggle themselves as I always read stories about people struggling with Yodel and our 2 local drivers are excellent

Lol maybe I'm unlucky but Yodel are so bad I would buy elsewhere if I knew or suspected my goods would be sent with them. Hermes sometimes deliver at least. What's worse is that Wiggle support don't seem to care, they now have a very much take it or leave it attitude. Competition is needed again, I think the CRC purchase has killed the market in the UK.

Not in my case, took them over 24hrs to get it out the door

No problems with me either. 100% on 5 or 6 purchases.

Thanks peeps, good to see they can get it right when they try hard enough!
I make that a 50% success rate with customers though so they still get a D- “must try harder” 😂

That’s different big-bud. Wiggle+ is a yearly subscription for next day delivery ala Amazon Prime. Nothing to do with Collect+

40 orders this year, 1 item in an order in January that was wrong, all next day with Wiggle+, all with Hermes as the courier, some orders at 9:59pm, all next day,

i mean the courier is rude as ****, well she is, if the husband is doing the route he's alright

was on the turbo a couple of weeks ago, thought i heard a bang (headphones on) checked around nothing obvious, carrier on, when id finished i noticed a parcel had been thrown through an open window
