Have been using these Shimano MP66B DX shoes,

for a couple of years.
Very tough and pretty grippy, but I'd like something similar with a wider fit. These are splitting along the widest part of the foot as well as the usual damage where the pins have worn the soles away.

Any ideas? How do 5 10's/Specialized size up width wise?
Any other alternatives?

Thanks in advance.......

Anyone?

Must be someone else on here with almost square feet? 😀

I have MP66, just got some 5.10 Impact High and have some old (2003?) Spesh BG Sport.

I have narrow size EU38.5 feet...

I think 5.10 are wider than MP66, but Spesh are a size larger (feet shrunk) and think they are similar width to MP66.

Ta Tom/Mr C, will try the 5 10's.

Ms S has some Northwave ones that seem fine with flats, so searching LBS's for a pair of those too.

Vans are wide/large in general. They make your feet look massive 😆
