I have a very fast rigid 29r with v-brakes, which I race at a serious level. I know this is a rare setup, but can anyone help me find wide (30-35mm) hookless or hooked rims that are NOT for disc brakes?

Unfortunately you're probably the only person that's ever asked for such things, which is why I'm 99.9% certain that no-one makes them!

That was my thought. They're not that wide or hookless though.
You'll be out of luck to tick all of those boxes.
