Have some lambswool ones but would prefer something a tad less bulky. Any ideas please?

Thanks. 🙂

I have some sport wool compression socks. Used them for long runs on hot days no problem

Asics do a women's knee length running sock, about £12 - Sweatshop sell them I think, but the sites down at the moment so can't check......

Today I was sporting a pair of knee length grey ones, bit schoolgirl-ish although I'm a wee bit older. 😉

Seriously, a couple of the bridleways I used were even too narrow to be called 'single track'. Full body cover for me, oh yes. 😳
