I've always been an advocate of the "buy your bikes from your local shop from a brand you trust and they'll take care of you when you need it" model.
Thanks Whyte and Beeline Oxford for their hard work in resolving a tricky warranty issue and doing so in a fashion that will have me advocating this model for many years to come.
They've also done sterling work with another UK brand service superstar Hope in the past for me.

What was the warranty issue?
I had an issue with my rear wheel from my 109s.
They sent out a brand new replacement and scored bonus points for a tubeless install of a new Ikon tyre - very impressed.
