I have a wonderful Whyte S120C RS. It is the carbon frame with the Whyte inter-grip internal seat post clamp. The seat post moved happily a few weeks back and now it won't shift with the clamp loosened. I've not over tightened it. It has a dropper and that still moves freely and over-tightening these usually cause the dropper to stick. Anyone else had trouble with one of these or got any idea how to get it moving?

Just tried mine and it was bloody stiff but I managed to move it. Thanks, I've lubed it up now.

Not the same materials, but I recently had a dropper stuck in a steel frame. I sprayed the bejesus out of the inside of the frame with lube and left it upside down for a week... nothing.

Then i removed the seatpost clamp and rode it for about 500km and it finally came loose.

Previous experience with a carbon frame involved putting the entire bike upside down with the seatpost (carefully wrapped) in a vice. Not pretty, but it eventually budged without breaking the frame.
