I understand this is an update on the old model which some reviewers said was a little flexy in the rear?.

Can you get frame only on these?

Had the pleasure of getting up close to one over Christmas. Was indeed a nice looking bike.

Don't get the seat clamp. Why bother?

Was looking at the demo one at Bike Park Ireland, lovely looking bike. Agreed on the seat clamp, just seems like faff to me.

Not got one but nearly bought one. A mate has one and flies on it. It is a very good bike.

As to the flexy rear, it does when you grab it and give it some sideways load. This may be due to the lack of a bridge on the seat stays. It is certainly a HUGE issue for the likes of MBR's testers. But in the real world I don't think you'd notice.

I thought it was nimble, climbed in a agile fashion and was a blast on the descent.

I think the 2015 model has a different main pivot that is wider than the 2014 and because of this the new one is single ring specific - no granny ring can be retro fitted. This may or may not be a problem for you, but it may also have addressed some of the flex issues?

Reckon the T-130 is more than what most ppl would need travel wise, talking to a friend in the trade most ppl don't seem to see it that way though..

Ahh whyte like to **** with the seatpost clamp, even the previous one wasn't 'normal'.

No frame only options unfortunately.

Got the original 2014 model and its a great bike. it does flex when you grab it and force it but i never notice it when riding. Musn't be going fast enough or hard enough need to up my game or maybe just carry on enjoying what I do.

Does look a recipe for flex at the back - probably not noticeable in use, but I suspect you'd be replacing lots of bearings

ive had last years model of the g150 works, they are good bikes, well made and well specced for the money, ref the flex, its only flexy to some degree without the wheel in, with the wheel in and skewered up its practically as stiff as anything else ive had, providing obviously your bearings are ok etc

ive actually got my frame up for sale in large (its the grey one, 8 months old with a float x shock) if anyones interested, willing to let it go quite cheap for a quick sale!
