I'm a bit pissed too, because I thought my lurgy from last week had gone. I was planning to do my first cat4 hill climb training ride for a few weeks.

I can't feel anything wrong below the neck, so part of my thinks go anyway, but my sensible head says either scrap the idea of riding altogether or do a very chilled local ride

Its amazing how often 5 days of wall to wall sunshine coincides with 5 days of 12+hr shifts at work, only for the rain to start battering down on the way home and then continue for the four days im off..
But im glad you said it, because I thought i was the only one.
