Just bought an orange stage 4 of marketplace and am working my way through some minor mechanical issues before I use it.

I somehow noticed the three combined bigger rings on the cassette move even though it’s the lock cap is tight. There is no spacer behind it at all. Should there be a little skinny one or something? Im stumped.

It’s on a Kore realm 3.0 wheel. The free hub looks ok. The compression of that lock ring should be massive so it shouldn’t spin.

I think mine is the same.
I've had to tighten my 12 speed sram cassette twice since getting my bike last March.
It's no biggie and everything works fine. I just find it a bit odd 😊

Have you taken off the cassette and made sure the freehub is seated properly, and then the cassette is also correct?

And tightened to the correct torque?
