Moved it from one bike where it was working fine. Just fitted a new cable and attached the mech and now neither the levers are doing anything - cable isn't moving
Possible to dismantle?

You sure you threaded the cable through the shifter properly and you've taken all the slack up before tightening the bolt on the mech?
