Hi all, so I have 150 revs and put a 20mm spacer in them to drop them to 130. Why does it measure 110mm ? Is that normal? Is there a reason for this?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Cheers

Dual air or solo air revs?

If dual air, are the positive and negative sides equalized?

Inflate positive first, with negative fully empty then fill negative, will sag a little ~5mm. 20mm is excessive.

Causes could be:

Incorrect orientation of internals,
Leaking positive seal, also check vavle cores are tight.
Lower leg vacuum from rebuilding fully compressed.

Thanks for that loCo
I had it done 2 weeks ago and today when I went for a ride they were a bit softer if that the word than 2 weeks ago so it could be a leak. Still felt good though but I knew they weren't 130 so that's what made me measure today.
