Recently I've been spending money 'just because'
Bought stuff I seriously dont need. Like a Salsa Flip Lock Seat Clamp and a Surly SS Cog.
Not sure whats got into me. Although both were really good deals. £7.50 for the cog and £6.20 for the seat clamp.
Any one got any ideas on whats happened to me? It would be better me spending money on stuff that can be improved on my bike, rather than me just buying cos the name is well rated on here.
i wouldn't worry until there are a few more zero's on there.
A few more zero's wouldnt increase the price, it would just look silly.
like £7.5000000 😉
do you want to buy;
a mk1 Prince Albert frame
set of on one rigid forks
pair of marzocchi z5's
set of slx rings
pair of magura julie brakes
erm what else have i bought that i dont need,
oh yeah a kestral workstand 🙂
if you find out what's going on please tell me.
You spent only £14. What's the problem?
You're injecting money into the economy when we need it most.
Damn it man, you're a hero! Now continue your sterling work and buy a new full suss.
Don't worry its just part of riding bikes. As long as you don't find yourself looking at the classified section instead of riding...
I have got a new plan!
Cos i can't help buying stuff i have offered to help sort out two mates. They both need various parts to get back out riding. I get the buzz of scoring a bargain and put a little something in the Karma Bank... 😆
OP: is the surly ring a 32t? I'll give you a fiver for it!
Buy British
Why am I spending money on things I dont need?
The entire global economy is built on people buying stuff they don't need. Your house will be full of stuff you don't actually 'need'.
