I'm waiting for a refund from a very well known online bike retailer which was apparently processed on the 7th. Nothing has appeared in my account.

The company are saying they've processed the refund and there's nothing they can do. The bank is saying they've not received anything, and there's nothing being held. Nothing they can do.

I think it's up to the retailer now. Anyone know for sure?

What kind of refund - back onto a credit or debit card? If they've processed a refund, they will have a receipt for it with a number that can be used to chase Streamline or whoever.

Debit Card refund. Retailer has given me an authorisation code, but that didn't help my bank. The retailer should have a payment provider, which I guess is someone like Streamline. I'm expecting them to work it out with them?

Yes, they should chase their payment provider - definitely their responsibility.
