whos got a cx bike from paul milnes then?
ME ....
had one twenty years ago,, used it for a full season every weekend inc 3 peaks and man vs hoss etc.. puurfect

Bloke I know locally bought one earlier this year.
He's 72 and recently admiited he'd stopped enjoying MTB'ing.
He loves, specced it up at the shop and said they were friendly and very helpful.
He reckons he rides it more than his carbon road bike, fixie etc and has become a bit of an evangelist about it.
i've got a columbus from paul milnes. excellent bike and really good advice when i called (actualy called to buy a milnes and upon his advice went with the columbus - which allegedly is a rebadged empella bonfire).
on that, from seeing loads in local cx races and even more in the 3 peaks, no question i'd buy one if that was my budget.
I've just been told & it states on his e-bay store the paul milnes, columbus and the empella are all the same frame.
Used to be my LBS. Good advice, friendly staff and a proper bike shop smell.
