Unplanned ride at a rather fast lick as I snapped my key in my door and had to get to B&Q for a replacement barrel!

Holds up hand. 🙂 Beautiful sunshine, some old trails that I haven't used for many years including secret single track. Wrong bloomin' bike though. 😐

Lunchtime quick thrash in the woods.

I did a 10 mile run in the lunchtime sunshine 🙂

Ran one of my local MTB routes. Made a nice change from doing it on the bike.

I've been out for a 25 mile mostly off-road Tour de Wakey on the shopping bike (Arkose).
Enjoyed it.

Oh and I sat on a bench in front of a beautiful church eating a pork pie. 😆

Locals must have been worried about this hobo. 😀

110 miles on the roadie, started out glum and cold but turned into a nice afternoon. Far too nice to go home so did an extra loop and got carried away. In a few weeks time I will be pining for late afternoon sunshine.

Good times

I beasted myself this evening. 30miles on the Flux. Misty sunset, greasy trails, slidey swervey heaven. Sweet tea, chilli and big nap in front of the TV.

Curiously quiet and calm on the Chase this evening. Impressive halo around the moon when it broke through the clouds.

Saw a pair of eyes looking at me in the distance about 2m high that moved very quickly across my path but stayed the same distance away. Just like that scene in Predator where the alien runs through the jungle and its camouflaged apart from its eyes that glow green. Yup just like that.

It was a stag.

25 mile commute. Great to be riding rather than the Tube. I love having Big Ben to check whether I'm on time or not

25 mile MTB blast, haven't done that for a while, on a geared hard tail with bouncy forks even rarer.

Was lovely.

Tuesday night local rollup in East Sussex. Trails still good, with enough muddy sections to keep you honest. No more KOM's until next summer in this neck of the woods!!

2hr nightride with local club, was decent fun. Quite muddy but the weather really wasn't that bad to be fair.

Thinking about winter tyres now though.
