Quite a big group. Looked like fun.

I'm looking to join a club and I should have asked at the time but I'd just smashed my hand and gone over the bars so my head was up my sole. Just wanted to get home.

Anyone from here?

They had some nice bikes.

All said hello too so I knew I wasn't down south 😉

It sounds like the group from Brighouse or it could be the group who like night riding also from the Brighouse/Halifax area.

There are few groups that ride on Wednesday evenings. I think there's one that goes from the Big 6 about 7 and Calderdale mtb ride from the Water mill at the bottom of Salterhebble at 7. They also have a website.

Cheers all.

Will have a look at that Woody and prob join you next week.

I need a light.

Do you ride the woods behind the police station in Brighouse?

We do occasionally, but those woods are only small so they're a ride through rather than round 🙂

Might have a spare Ayup you can borrow if you need a light

Nice, thanks for the offer. I'll try and get one sorted this week but if not I'll take you up on that.

I do have some old Cat Eye ones but I might as well ride with a candle on the bars.

If I hadn't been wearing my helmet I think I'd have stayed on 8)

What a crap day.

Consultant tells me since he (re)operated on my arm one bone is now shorter than the other and my wrist will most likely give me this level of pain and discomfort for the rest of my life unless they shorten the other bone in there and now I'm moaning to an internet forum 🙄

Could have been worse I suppose.

I need beer
