There's a whole host of people on here who can give really good advice on any manner of cycling subjects.
Just be sure to pick the right person that actually has experience on the subject you're asking about...
Jedi and geex have both shown me they can actually back up what they are saying when it comes to riding.

So you’re taking about someone who is generally spot on, on racing and bikes (all types), skillz, tech, debating, spanner monkeying, style, beer, edl? No-one. Not even molgrips.
I think mister p has helped me the most with his knowledge of shimano and other bike parts.

The Chief knows his geometry and kinematics stuff. Kayla seems to know whats up though with riding though - just get out and have some fun.
