Just trying to get a measure of how many complete twunts there are on this forum.
Everyone’s health is at risk, our parents/grandparents more than younger folk. But everyone is at risk.
Most people’s livelihoods are also at risk (mine more than many btw).
Is it really so hard to just not ride your bike for a few months for the good of everyone else except you?
Depends on what we're told is allowed or not.
If they say no going out other than shopping, then so be it. It'll just be Zwift.
If they still say exercise is allowed, then I'm riding.
What I don't get is why we need 3000 threads all on the same sodding discussions
I will, but I'm not a complete twunt, I live in rural galloway so not an issue but i can see how it could be an issue in more populous areas.
There's already 2 other riding/lockdown threads. Seriously.
And official advice currently says it is OK.
If they still say exercise is allowed, then I’m riding.
This. If exersice is allowed, I'm going out for a run/ride, on my own.
/close thread.
Ok.
I’ll engage, just for the hell of it and before it gets closed.
To be honest, I resent the tone of the OP.
Lockdown means lockdown. If I’m not allowed to ride I ain’t gonna ride. Being all virtue-signally or pitchforky about it......well, whatever, I suppose we’ll need a new hobby for a bit so.... whatever floats people’s boats.
Most people can be a bit disgruntled without actually going ‘**** it’ and doing something stupidly irresponsible.
Only to the shops as I live in a village with no public transport and have no car.
I will use the hybrid rather than the carbon road bike to show willing.
