Anybody got a pic of a bike or just a close up of a white rim fitted on a pair of white forks?
I'm just not sure on the asthetics of it
Thanks
Ken
You have to be a bit of a riding god to pull it off IMO. I like that above though.
Thanks guys 😀
PeteG55 you even managed to get the hub colour right.
White rims it is then

That's me stuffed then 😥
I also got the red ano nipples too 😀
I have the whitehalo freedom wheels and white F140's and white deity handlebars. it looks sweet.
**** me how could you do that to a Heckler.
The thread title was bad enough then that.
what? I like it, anyway its a dirty, muddy brown colour most the time.
That Heckler looks really nice.
You turned a classic into a gopping-next-year fashion disaster. IMO.
EDIT I'm personally involved as I am on my second Heckler. I feel violated.
Wow, those are very white bikes, I have one of these..

which has white rims and white forks
well, blowing my own trumpet, you'll know what year frame it is and I ordered it in that colour, and its always had the white forks on it (Marz Z1 lights before), the rims have been on there a year now. I like to think I was ahead of the game 😛
It's the crudguard that completes the look 😀
The forks I'm using are z1 lights but the frame isn't white but I will be using red hope pro2 hubs

tis good init 🙄 in my defence I didn't get the crud catcher with it, so it's not actually there, I nabbed the photo from a shop...
also the seat isn't too white either now, didn't really think it was a great colour for a seat
OP, your initial concerns are well founded.
Red Hopes turn pink after a few years btw.
My next door neighbour just bought one of these Hardrocks in the black and white. It looks very smart, especially for the money.

I know....I won't have them that long coz I'll get bored and want to change them for something else 😯
May I point you all to "the rules" regarding colour coding-
1- there are no colours other than black and silver.
2- colour coding is for curtains and sofas, not bikes.
HTH.

It's because we're so pure and innocent. Not everyone can carry it off.

I'm liking those rims on what I think is a Pompino
What are they? as I'd like some for my disced up CX bike
Ken, they're Halo's.
Charlie'll sort you out, damn fine chap that he is.

That Heckler looks siiiiick (the good sick, not the vomit kind)
I love this look so much I am having my Pitch powdercoated white; I put the mech through the rear wheel recently so I'm having them rebuilt on white too 🙂

...might do Mrs Flamejob's Five in the process... 👿
I've got white rims on a white fork, but they don't match my black frame very well (I do have another frame on the way, otherwise I would not have gotten the fork). So I say this really depends on the frame...
