Having stayed with bear back biking last September in whistler I was wondering if anyone knows of any houses or apartments for a self catered option. I'll be looking to head back out next summer with possibly 10 mates and we decided that we'd opt for a hire pick up truck and self catered. Bear back biking was an awesome experience and the guiding was first class but we'd like this time to stay closer to the village.
Keep an eye out on these two sites for starters. I think there's another Whistler newspaper but can't remember the name at the mo.

If you want a cheaper option then contact staff housing. In the winter it's full of all the resort staff in summer they have plenty of space and cheap rates. It's a few years since I used it but back then as the lift pass was included it worked out at something like $50 per week for a place to stay. Not luxurious but good enough for a trip. It's a little up the hill from town, 10 mins walk probably.
