heading to the lake district for few days from poole , and on way back wouldn't mind hitting some nice quiet single track thats not crowed , where to go ? thanks

Cannock would suit, about 10-15 mins from the M6. Sometimes it's busy but heyho, you can only fit one person down a singletrack at once.
You could ride at my local woods, Hanchurch in Stoke and I could send some decent GPX routes, literally minutes off junc 15 M6,snot as fun as cannock though but will defo be less crowded.

Not crowded - Cannock 😆

Depends on what day though midweek it's quiet enough, but weekends it's like Fistral beach.
