Samuel is 3 1/2 and really good on his balance bike. He's getting there with his pedal bike too but a bit slow for longer rides and he's too big for the trailer now. I'm thinking a tagalong might be a good idea so can anyone recommend one, or any other ideas?

Ta!

Weehoo.

Okay, I do sell them, but I'd say that even if I didn't 😉

I have a spokeyjoe one with a 20" wheel. With the seat right down and the bars tilted back my 4 yr old is ok on it, but only just.

EDIT - I've just realised who you are! I can bring it up to afternoon nursery one day if you want to try him on it for size?

Look at a Trailangel rather than a TrailGator
They can be used right down to 12" wheels and a bit easier to fix the bike on and remove it

Or the ultimate a FollowMe tandem, they are great but pricey and 2nd hand ones go for almost price of a new one

I've used a trailgator on a 10" wheel bike! They're great, cheap and allow the kid to do some pedalling also.

Make sure it's all cranked up super tight and they're fine.
