DT swiss Champion 2.0 or Competition 2.0-1.8 for 6’2 15 stone rider?
I'm a fair bit bigger than you and Ive always used comps with no issues.
Depends on the rest of the wheel, particularly the rim and spoke count and whether you want something durable that doesn't need regular attention e.g. 32 spokes built 3x. Builder might advise to put Champion 2.0 on the rear drive-side, and DB Comps elsewhere.
I'm sure someone will be along to recommend some 24 spoke, sub-400g alloy rims built with DT Rev spokes and alloy nipples....
Cool cheers Hatter
I’ve heard what Dove Biker mentions about using certain spokes for r drive side, then using a different set for non etc too.
I’m guessing cause crank/gears are driveside that stronger set might be requires to take the load ...
