Like I said before, some people prefer to spin, others prefer bigger gears.

I much prefer bigger gears and hate the feeling of spining.

Err downhill?

50/12 is good for well over 30mph. If you're having a problem, you need to pedal faster.

Well, just went for a 3 hr road ride, I do use 50 11 quite a bit, tends to be around 34-35mph when I change down to it. Maybe I should see if Cav wants a team mate 🙂

You change down to it from the 50-10 when you start slowing down on the climbs?
