Had to send a few things back recent?y (wrong sizing) and was surprised I had to pay for returns, and even more surprised when RM wanted over £7 to post something with more than £50 insurance.
I'm sure returns used to be free, maybe I've been lucky. Which of the bigger online retailers still do free returns for customer returns (not faulty, bought wrong size or part)
Wheelies do now, I believe.
Ah I usually use wiggle and crc. I was swayed by slightly cheap prices on other sites.
Merlin, probike and Ribble don't offer free returns (if it is your "mistake") so buying clothing from those guys is less attractive. As is the bloody press fit bb where I find out I need a bb91-41a not a bb91-42a....grrrr...
