For reference they are to replace Endura Strikes which have worn to have holes in. I want a mid weight waterproof glove for Autumn SE temps and hot MTB rides where a winter glove is too hot or not dexterous enough.
So, water/shower proof, not too thick, warm not hot...?
Galibier vtt? Not used them but have other galibier kit which has been good
Funny you should say that - Immediately after I posted I fished out my Galibier Barriers - mainly so I know where they are - jumped on the site and ordered some Ardennes.

Superfluous advice now but I was about to suggest Decathlon B'twin 500 "mid season" gloves. Can't comment on longevity yet but I've got a pair of the thicker winter versions which are several years old, and the full on waterproof winter gloves for snow days.
Pro's:
Do exactly what they say on the tin, good on the road down to about 5C and bearable for a bit below that (i.e early morning starts this time of year). As a guide I'd say they're the right warmth for days when you want more than a plain LS jersey.
Cons:
Only seemingly available in black and fluro yellow, so either you have to be a ninja or a commuter.
Only water repellant, the water repellency like most soft shell fabrics wets out in heavy rain or fast road descents.
Endura Nemo FS260?
I’ve just got a pair of these for wet but not too cold rides. Neoprene so they work on the wetsuit principle of your body heat warming up the water that gets through. Two rides in and they seem to work. No real palm padding though.
I've bought, but not yet used a pair of Brisker 100% gloves. Saw them mentioned on here, seemed exactly what I was after, thin palm, insulated outer. I've got some cold weather endura's, but find them tiring to ride off road, as I feel like I need to overgrip to counter the swimmy feeling of the layers in the palm sliding over each other.
I've never bought gloves without trying first, as I'm a bit picky out fit, but took a punt on these as they were half price on CRC. Colour is violent neon orange (hence sale, presumably), fit is spot on. I'm hoping they'll be as nice in practice as I think they will be,
I bought some 100% Briskers after they were recommended in this thread.
I would've bought the Dexters, but the Briskers were reduced to a stupid to not buy them, even if I then buy the Dexters level. So far they've been OK, the palm have no padding, which is either a problem, or not a problem, depending on your point of view. If you get the palms wet, then they stay wet and the windproofness depends on how fast you're going. I haven't used them in wet, or really cold, weather yet, so can't really comment on how good they'll be in that situation. So your milage may vary.

I knew it wouldn't be 🙂
I bought some of the neon orange Briskers - they're great down to about 3 or 4 deg. Any colder and your fingers will fall off. I like that nobody within a 2 miles radius can miss my hand signals. Whether it be "I'm turning here" or a raised orange, glowing middle finger.
Trying a set of Castelli Lightness gloves on the run in to the colder weather.
So far working very well and have a good feel.
I bought a 2nd pair of briskers for my commute when it gets colder a bit later (but before it gets freezing). Far too warm for them down on se coast for now. The 1st pair really comfortable, good fit, the only issue is the flurescent yellow has completely faded now but I've probably had them two years maybe.
Also bought a pair of orange briskers, didn't see the thread though. Worked well this morning for autumn chills.
