Which High volume back tyre for my charge blender??
Ive got some bonty 2.2 xr4s on there at the minute but was thinking is there something with a bigger profile (is that the right term?)..
I just dont really have the enthusiasm to trawl the interwebs looking at tyre reviews as they all pretty much say the same thing and i just end up wasting 3 hours of my life getting confused.. again.

So should i just get bigger bonty xr4s or something else??

The old XR4 2.2 are bigger than the new ones. The new XR4 2.35 look nice - they're completely scaled up from the 2.2 with bigger knobs, wider spacing and bigger volume. A Rubber Queen 2.2 is similar volume but the side knobs don't stick out past the carcass so it's narrower edge to edge but tall.

why do you want a high volume tyre on a hardtail jump bike?
are you going to ride it on beaches?

Because im a towering 5ft 5" giant and its my only bike..
I dont ride it as a jump bike.. its my do it all HT and i have developed a strange connection with it and i just feel very comfortable tanking down hills and popping jumps on it. I was just thinking of trying a bigger volume tyre to maybe smooth out some of the bumps a little.

Rubber queen 2.4s have loads of volume. Probably won't be able to fit any mud in there mind.
