What helmet cams are people using and what has been their experience of them?
Would like to get one and can see that there are two obvious choices in the Go Pro and the Contour HD, both are about the same price, but then there's the VIO P.O.V camera which is a good deal more expensive but looks to have the benefit of an LCD screen of what you're taping as well as better quality.

My Cousin had great results from the Contour hd on a recent trip to Canada. Can see your point about the screen but the laser sights for the contour are more than ample for setting up for general bike use..
We got great coverage both in the bike park,zip lining and xc with no real alignment issues. Would the screen add extra bulk?
I have used the Contour and the Go Pro and prefer the Go Pro, better quality sound, more mounting options and has a replacable protective housing too in case of crashes.
