Cane creek 40 headset in 2017 SC 5010 and I can’t work out which top bearing I need. The more I dig the more confused I become. Any links and recommendations greatly appreciated!

Actually - its only the bottom one being external would change things.
Top is ZS44/28.6 apparently.
