Stay safe!

Looks great, can't see anything that could possibly go wrong...
Crate of beer on the rear pannier rack like we used to when I lived in Holland and you've got a mobile party!
BUT I WANT TO GRILL DURING I RIDE THE BIKE

What tyres for down hill grilling?
obvs

Obviously you'll need full mudguards to prevent dog shit from splattering up into the food.

mad idea, it is making me look at lightweight/foldable BBQs that I could stick in the pannier & take down to the beach though! Has anyone used the notebook style ones that fold flat, or the Gentleman's Hardware suitcase one?
I used to have a notebook one - it was great, but eventually it warped from the heat & was never quite the same.
Ta, yeah reviews seem to be saying that, although for £20 if it only lasts for a few BBQs then not the end of the world. People are saying it's difficult to get it hot enough, I suppose if I can get a decent folding chimney that might help. GH suitcase BBQ actually looks pretty well made, but then it is a lot more money (& bulkier!)
I eventually replaced the notebook one with a portable weber one. Still in it's packaging & never used, in 2 years...
There's a Eurohike foldable one that looks quite good.
I have the Weber Go Anywhere as my main BBQ actually, it's a fantastic bit of kit, just a bit too cumbersome to carry on the bike!
You could add a dynamo hub with usb power adapter and a usb mini fridge ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/GreatGadgets-3072-USB-Mini-Fridge/dp/B0038P7QZG) to keep a beer cool too?
haha, much as I love a gadget I bet that's terrible! Cool bag with a couple of blocks keeps my beer nice n cold 🙂
I use one of https://www.amazon.co.uk/Yellowstone-Outdoor-Pac-Flat-available-Multi/dp/B00AOLGPEU/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1530617934&sr=8-14&keywords=folding+bbq+for+camping these folding bbqs, well a similar one from aldi some years ago actually.
Not a bad barbie but I use it more as a fire pit to protect the ground, a square of plumbers heat mat fits in the bag to make sure theres no scorching and catch the ash when used.
its had a fair bit of use over a number of years and is still going strong, packs to the size of a book
