Do i need for lubing up my seat post ?
I,ve got Rock 'n' Roll grease "super coat" but its too slippy and the post keeps slipping down !

Assuming the seatpost is aluminium into a steel or aluminium frame, just clean the post, put on a bit of grease, rub it in, wipe it with a rag, and you should be fine. If it slips, rub it with a rag a bit more.
Although some engineer will tell you grease doesn't make stuff slip.
