I've currently got some 2008 Fox f120'2 that could do with being replaced. I've got some races/CRC Marathons coming up and i quite fancy taking this from a trail oriented build to something a bit lighter/XC focused. Eventually i'll be replacing the frame as well.
I'm struggling to narrow down my choice's. Ideally 120mm travel, 15mm axle would be a bonus.
Rebas?
Sids?
Fox?
I've never ridden with 100mm forks on this frame, any one recommend it?
Preffered my second gen Inbred with 120mm forks, felt too low at the front at 100mm. When the forks (old Pace RC40's) eventually died I stuck a 29er rigid on, which was ace.
But i dont think you can go far wrong with a Reba at 120mm.
I had rebas of 120mm flavour on mine and it worked a treat.
