Thanks @Devash I'll have a read! Currently have a 140mm Cotic Full-Suspension and a Yeti ARC, but there may be a time I try and combine the two into one Full-Sus XC(ish) bike.

Thanks. For now I’ll just leave the 160 mm on. I’m not the worlds most aggressive rider (hence the choice of bike!) and spent way too much money of late.

Roval AL wheels have arrived. Look nice and feel significantly lighter than the stock wheels. Now do I try and set them up tubeless myself, spend 3 hours and cause carnage…or be a useless woman and wait for p20 to wake up from nightshift 😅

Bars are going on straight away (even I can do that!) - those 780s are just too big for me (and a pain getting the bike out the house)

Well it’s ended up with 180 mm rotors front and rear as it turns out Tredz wrongly listed the Roval wheels and ended up sending me 6-bolt rotors in apology. Final weight, with Time xc pedals, bottle cage, carbon bar upgrade (mainly as I needed them narrower) = 28.44 lb. Not bad given it’s only got a Deore groupset so probably will get under 28 lb when things slowly get upgraded.

Weekend of finally properly riding it, awaits. And @p20s new Stumpy arrived in time too 🙂

Thanks all for the input and advice
