As above really. I presume Royal Fail are still a no-no after the 'Royal Mail have binned my shock' horror show

Myhermes are generally good but only insure up to £250

Who are folk currently using?

Royal Mail are good . I've sent loads of forks and shocks using them ( work in a bike shop). 24hr delivery gets £500 insurance . The post that you refer to seems like a real one off to me .
