After watching a car overtake me straight into stationary vehicles last night, thought it would be a good time to get a camera after way too many close calls lately.
There seems to be a plethora around £50-£60 on ebay direct from China, and I have no idea which ones are good! Any recommendations?
Try one of these: http://www.7dayshop.com/7dayshop-vehicle-bike-action-digital-video-camera-with-8gb-microsd-record-your-journeys?backUrl=L3Bob3RvLXZpZGVvLXN1cHBsaWVzL3N0aWxsLXZpZGVvLWNhbWVyYXM=
It does the job once you point it high enough.
is that the 16 quid one from 7 day shop . if so i wouldnt bother . in anything less than perfect light its crap - no point in having a video of the guy that hit you if you cant pick out the number plate. dunno about you but i tend to commute at dusk and dawn when the lights poor anyway.
can thourally recomend the roadhawk though even if it is out of budget-. it refocus's very quick and picks up plates well - even from my bike lights in the dark. been very happy with it. would be good to see something in the middle of the two.
