Thinking of putting one on my old but still nice 2005 19" Specialized Enduro Pro (30.9mm sizepost), any advice on what might be best one? As, not sure how much drop 125 or 150mm, probably the former as it's 350mm long same as current rigid post and the latter is 400mm which might be a bit too long poking out towards the rear shock?
And whether to go internal or external cable routing. Could do the former I guess but worried about the gubbins being exposed sticking out of the bottom of the seat tube hole.
My conclusion is to go for the 30.9mm 125mm Ascend II external route one to be safe, am I right? Cheers

Definitely go external - otherwise the stealth style actuator will be right in line of all the crap from the back wheel.
You need to work out how much post you have above the seat tube and compare that to the ascend distance collar to seat clamp. On CRC I’m pretty sure they have these distances on an image for the Brand X Ascend. Then also make sure if you have it set to the right height that it won’t stick too far down and hit the shock. It doesn’t look like you have a lot of seat tube to play with on that style of bike.
