Winter road riding in Scotland has done in my pads, not sure what's best for replacement. I have Ultegra 6870, with cartridge pads. What's going to give me best stopping power in this crappy weather, and can I purchase from Wiggle/CRC/etc?

SwissStop green probably your best bet.
Or Kool Stop Salmon, off of the 90s.
