I know a wheel support rack is probably the best answer, but i don't want to pony up for a towbar fitting as well, so something that will go on the back of a golf boot is what i'm looking for. But are they available with independantly adjustable arms?
FYI, the bike it will mostly be carrying is a Pyga.

I have the Saris bones 3 and its a great rack for Ht's,bit of a faff with FS'ers,you can get these top tube bars for most bikes now,but supposedly not for dropper posts,
