I foolishly booked DIRECT COURIER SOLUTIONS to post my Spark Ltd to Scotland. They come up first on Google and advertise on ebay but have let me down big style. The bike was due for collection last Thursday, and still it hasn't gone. Useless, with a terrible attitude too. So, can anyone tell me who to use - I'm out of the country from Weds afternoon so it must go. (Ewan, if you're reading this, your new bike is coming, I promise!).
